A native of Houston, Texas, Keith Bracewell believes in balance in all aspects of his life and career. Keith first advanced as a bar lead at Houston’s Dirt Bar and Pub Fiction while taking time away from playing in touring rock bands. After moving to LA, he held management and bar lead positions at Darren’s, Jiraffe, the Sunset Strip House of Blues, and Kiss’ first Rock N Brews location. Keith’s move to San Francisco brought him to more craft-oriented bars Rx and The Douglas Room before Sonia Stelea tapped him to join her at Esther’s Kitchen in Las Vegas.
Keith is now Bar Manager at Esther’s Kitchen in the Las Vegas Arts District, where he leads an impressive team of award-winning mix masters. He favors seasonal ingredients and his go-to spirit is anything agave based. Meanwhile, he also still pursues music on the side, playing locally and nearing completion of his first album.
