In the kitchen you’ll train under Chef James Trees. Considered a “mensch” by all who know him, Trees’ kitchen is a disciplined environment in which to learn and grow while having fun at the same time. (No fun = no love in the sauce.) Our front of house team is led by GM Craig XXX, who comes to us from Appoline’s in New Orleans that’s known for really caring about their staff and their guests.
